    Our client – an innovative platform that aims to simplify and accelerate the process of mediating skilled workers from various countries around the world to Germany. Our client recognized the growing demand for specialized expertise in various industries and saw the opportunity to bridge the gap between employers in Germany and qualified international professionals seeking career opportunities in Germany.

    Challenges

    In Germany, there is a distinct shortage of skilled workers. The decision-making and approval processes are complex and involve many stakeholders. Therefore, it was necessary to develop an informative explanatory text that addresses all stakeholders of the system. The main goal of this explanation is to promote the participation of all relevant partners to collaboratively develop a new system that accelerates the recruitment of foreign skilled workers.

    Solution

    We produced a short, one-minute video that addressed all actors of the system. We carefully addressed the key challenges faced by the contracting parties and highlighted those that serve as compelling incentives for promoting joint efforts in system development. In addition, we explained the fundamentals of the system and showed how each contracting party can benefit from such synergistic collaboration.

    Result

    The client has a concise explanatory video that skillfully engages all actors involved in the system. Our video sped up the client’s communication process by effectively communicating ideas, challenges, solutions, and potential benefits for B2G clients. Using engaging visuals and concise content, the video ensured a unified understanding among all interlocutors. Moreover, it facilitated the successful initiation of projects with local authorities. The video was used on numerous occasions such as business meetings, presentations, exhibitions, on the website, and on app platforms, thereby minimizing the costs of developing separate promotional materials for different customer interactions.
